Hey everyone! You don’t have to go on extreme diets to eat healthier throughout your day. All of these are things that I eat every week, and you can modify them to your health preferences. For example, I crave crunchy, spicy snacks, but I want a healthier alternative to chips, so I usually get spicy almonds or spice up my cucumbers. Lara Bars are a healthy way for me to fight my sugar/sweet craving since they have clean ingredients. Pretzels may not seem like a healthier alternative for some people, but for me, it’s better than eating chips. Snacks are the one way you can change your eating habits throughout the day.
